Hi.

There was an earthquake here in Seattle last night.

....and we didn't feel it!! Can you believe that???? Our first earthquake and we didn't even fucking notice it! It only registered 3.7, but still...we should have felt SOMETHING.

It's beautiful here. I'm SO moving. The high today is 72.

We're having fun so far. Most of yesterday was spent travelling and we were so exhausted when we got here that we just chilled in the room and watched tv. We went downstairs for the wine reception and then we went out exploring. I think I was expecting this city to be monstrous. Like closer to NYC in size or something. But really most of it is suburbia. The downtown part of the city where we're staying isn't so huge.

We ate dinner at Tulio, which is the restaurant in the hotel. It was super swank, all Food Channel and shit. It was fucking delicious.

Today we're going to head down to the Experience Music Project. It's this HUGE Music Museum. They have interactive exhibits and apparently it's a pretty amazing place. Tonite Todd's friend Joel is taking us out for dinner and drinks.

Jesus. Todd is snoring SO loudly. He's doing this wheezing-rattling-snorting noise. No wonder I'm wide awake.
